If you are looking for warm weather and sunny skies, the best time to visit is during the summer months of June, July, and August. However, this is also the peak tourist season, so expect higher prices and larger crowds.

If you are looking for more affordable prices and fewer crowds, consider visiting Greece during the shoulder seasons of spring (April-May) and fall (September-October). The weather is still mild during these months, and there are fewer tourists to compete with for hotel rooms and rental cars.
